7. Power to Governor in Council to grant lease of land permanently reserved



(1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 or any other Act of law the Governor in Council
may in accordance with the provisions of section 134 of the Land Act 1958
grant a lease of the land shown hatched in Part III of the Schedule for the
purpose of the conduct on the land of a caravan park, including the erection
of buildings.

(2) A lease granted under sub-section (1) shall be for a period which ends not
later than the thirty-first day of December, in the year two thousand and six.
