Minister may sell certain lands

6. Minister may sell certain lands



(1) The Minister may sell to the corporation of the City of Port Melbourne at
a price and on terms and conditions which he thinks fit the land delineated
and shown hatched on the plan in Part II of the Schedule.

(2) Where the Minister sells the land under sub-section (1), the Governor in
Council shall grant the land in fee simple to the corporation of the City of
Port Melbourne when the purchase price is paid in full.
