3. Revocation of certain Permanent Reservations



(1) The Orders in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule and any other
Order in Council or proclamation affecting lands are hereby revoked insofar as
they relate to the lands referred to in Part I of the Schedule.

(2) Section 5 of and the First Schedule to the South Melbourne (Roman Catholic
Orphanage) Lands Act 1969 shall be repealed.
