Land (St Kilda Triangle) Act 2006 - SECT 1

Purposes

1. Purposes

The main purposes of this Act are-

   (a)  to revoke the reservations of certain land at St Kilda; and

   (b)  to re-reserve that land and to reserve other land at St Kilda for
        public purposes; and

   (c)  to provide for the Port Phillip City Council to be the committee of
        management of the reserved land; and

   (d)  to provide powers to lease part of the reserved land.
