Definitions

3. Definitions

In this Act-



"Goonawarra Golf Course" means the Golf Course described in clause 1(v) of the
Schedule;



"Municipality" means the President, Councillors and Ratepayers of the Shire of
Bulla;



"sub-lease" means the sub-lease of part of the Goonawarra Golf Course made on
31 December 1981 between the Municipality and the Goonawarra Golf Club Limited
and includes the licences and options to renew granted under that sub-lease.
