Land (Goonawarra Golf Course) Act 1988 - SECT 1 

Purpose

1. Purpose



The purpose of this Act is-

   (a)  to authorise the sale of the Goonawarra Golf Course to the
        Municipality of the Shire of Bulla; and

   (b)  to provide for the legal effect of certain documents and for other
        matters consequential on the sale.
