Definitions

4. Definitions

In this Act- general election means the general election to be held under
section 6;

Order in Council means the Order in Council made by the Governor in Council in
relation to the Glen Eira City Council under section 219 of the
Local Government Act 1989 that was published in the Government Gazette (No. S
149) on 11 August 2005, and includes any subsequent Order in Council that is
made under section 219(2)(c) or 219(2)(d) of that Act.
