Responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer

62A. Responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer



(1) The Chief Executive Officer must within 28 days after the period specified
in section 62(1) submit a written report to the Minister specifying-

   (a)  the names of the persons who were candidates in the election; and

   (b)  the names of the persons who submitted a return under section 62.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer must retain an election campaign donation
return for a period of 4 years from the date that it is given under section
62.

(3) The Chief Executive Officer must ensure that a copy of an election
campaign donation return retained under subsection (2) is available for
inspection at the office of the Council during normal office hours.
