Offence to interfere with postal ballot materials

58A. Offence to interfere with postal ballot materials



(1) A person must not interfere with any material being, or to be, sent or
delivered to a voter under section 41A(2)(b).

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) This does not apply to a person who is acting with the authority of the
returning officer.
