48. Decision of municipal electoral tribunal

(2) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of a municipal
electoral tribunal may apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative
Tribunal for review of the decision.





(3) An application for review must be made within 7 days of a copy of the
decision being given to the parties to the application.





(4) The Tribunal's power under this section is exercisable only by a
presidential member of the Tribunal.
