Municipal electoral tribunals

44. Municipal electoral tribunals



(1) There may be established one or more municipal electoral tribunals to
consider disputes which may arise from the holding of elections.

(1A) The Minister may determine that one municipal electoral tribunal be
established for a period of up to 12 months as the Minister considers
appropriate.

(2) Schedule 4 has effect with respect to municipal electoral tribunals.
