27. Offences relating to voters' rolls



(1) A member of the Council staff who intentionally contravenes any provision
of this Division is guilty of an offence.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.





(2) A person who alters any voters' roll after it has been signed and
certified by the Chief Executive Officer without authority to do so is guilty
of an offence.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(3) A person who intentionally gives any wrong information to the Chief
Executive Officer or any person authorised by the Chief Executive Officer
resulting in any person being wrongfully inserted or retained on a voters'
roll is guilty of an offence.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
