21. Victorian Electoral Commission to prepare voters' list of residents
(1) The Victorian Electoral Commission must within 7 days of the exhibition
roll date for a general election supply to the Registrar a voters' list of
residents for each ward of the persons who appear to the Victorian Electoral
Commission to be entitled to be enrolled as at the exhibition roll date under
sections 12(1) and 12(2), identifying those persons whose request that their
principal place of residence not be shown has been accepted.
(2) The Victorian Electoral Commission must within 7 days of the exhibition
roll date for a general election supply to the Registrar a list of the names
of persons-
(a) who are no longer entitled to be enrolled as an elector for the
Council or Assembly by virtue of section 48(2)(d) of the Constitution
Act 1975 since the Victorian Electoral Commission last supplied such a
list; and
(b) whose last recorded address was in the municipal district.
(3) The Chief Executive Officer must supply to the Victorian Electoral
Commission within the period specified by the Victorian Electoral Commission
any information required by the Victorian Electoral Commission to prepare the
voters' list.
