Compensation payable out of Fund

77. Compensation payable out of Fund



(1) Compensation under this Division is payable out of the Cattle Compensation
Fund except for compensation for tuberculosis.

(2) Compensation for tuberculosis is payable-

   (a)  for the amount of the residual value, out of the Cattle Compensation
        Fund; and

   (b)  for the balance-

   (i)  40% is payable by the Minister out of money available for the purpose;
        and

   (ii) the remainder is payable out of the Cattle Compensation Fund.
