Compensatable diseases

73. Compensatable diseases



(1) Compensation is only payable under this Division in respect of
tuberculosis or a disease which is declared by Order of the Governor in
Council to be a compensatable disease in respect of cattle.

(2) A reference in this Division to disease is a reference to tuberculosis or
a disease which has been declared under subsection (1) to be a compensatable
disease in respect of cattle.
