Compensatable disease

68. Compensatable disease



(1) Compensation is only payable under this Division in respect of a disease
which is declared by Order of the Governor in Council to be a compensatable
disease in respect of bees.

(2) A reference in this Division to disease is a reference to a disease which
has been declared under subsection (1) to be a compensatable disease in
respect of bees.
