Compensatable exotic diseases

61. Compensatable exotic diseases



(1) Compensation is only payable under this Division in respect of a disease
which is declared by Order of the Governor in Council to be a compensatable
exotic disease;

(2) A reference in this Division to an exotic disease is a reference to an
exotic disease referred to in subsection (1).
