Payment out of Fund

60. Payment out of Fund

Amounts may be paid out of the Fund for the payment of-

   (a)  all expenses directly connected with the control and eradication of
        any outbreak of exotic disease, except the remuneration for normal
        hours of work payable to employees who are or would be employed in the
        public service under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004
        irrespective of the outbreak; and

   (b)  compensation payable under this Division and all costs and expenses
        incidental to determining the compensation payable.
