49. Annual fees

A registered beekeeper must-

   (a)  not later than 7 days after the date of issue of the certificate of
        registration or of renewal of registration; and

   (b)  not later than 7 days after each anniversary of that date-

pay to the Secretary the annual fee for registered beekeepers.
