Definition and application

42. Definition and application



(1) In this Division, sewerage authority means the Melbourne Water Corporation
or an authority under the Water Act 1989 that has a sewerage district under
that Act.

(2) Nothing in this Division applies to night-soil or sewage which has been
purified to the standard approved by the Minister by Order published in the
Government Gazette.
