Duration of importation order

35. Duration of importation order



(1) An importation order under section 32 remains in force for a period of 60
days or any shorter period that is specified in the order, unless sooner
revoked.

(2) The Minister may from time to time, by notice published in the Government
Gazette, extend the duration of an order for any period or periods not
exceeding 60 days.
