LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 97
Effect of suspension of licence or permit(1) A licensee who supplies liquor under a licence that is suspended under this Act, is deemed not to be a licensee for the purposes of section 107.

(2) If a BYO permit is suspended, it is deemed not to be in force in respect of any premises for the purposes of section 113(1B) or (1C).
