Effect of endorsement

86. Effect of endorsement

A person whose name is endorsed on a licence or BYO permit under this Part or
under section 93-

   (a)  may carry on the business under the licence or permit; and

   (b)  is liable under this Act as if the person were the licensee or
        permittee; and

   (c)  may apply for renewal of the licence or permit under Division 8 of
        Part 2 in the person's name as if the person were the licensee or
        permittee.
