Endorsement at initiative of Director

85. Endorsement at initiative of Director

If-

   (a)  a licensee or permittee-

   (i)  dies; or

   (ii) becomes a represented person within the meaning of the
        Guardianship and Administration Act 1986; or

   (iii) becomes an insolvent under administration; or

   (iv) becomes an externally-administered body corporate within the meaning
        of the Corporations Act; and

   (b)  an application is not made under section 80 for endorsement of the
        licence or BYO permit-

the Director may endorse the licence or permit with the name of a person
nominated by the Director.
