Grant of application

84. Grant of application



(1) After the end of the period specified in section 83(2)(a) (or that period
as extended under section 174), the Director must grant the application if
satisfied-

   (a)  that it was made in accordance with this Part; and

   (b)  that the applicant or agent is a suitable person to carry on business
        under the licence or BYO permit.

(2) In making his or her decision, the Director must consider any objection
made under section 83.

(3) Section 44(3) applies to the determination of an application under this
section.
