Application procedure

82. Application procedure



(1) An application under section 80 or 81 must-

   (a)  be in the form, and contain the particulars, approved by the Director;
        and

   (b)  be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(2) The Director must give a copy of each application under section 80 or 81
to the Chief Commissioner.
