81. Application by owner or mortgagee of licensed premises for endorsement on
licence or BYO permit



(1) The owner or a mortgagee of licensed premises may apply to the Director to
have their name or the name of their agent endorsed on a licence or BYO permit
if-

   (a)  the licensee or permittee has been legally evicted from, or has
        deserted, the licensed premises; and

   (b)  the owner or mortgagee is in possession of the licensed premises.

(2) An application under this section must be accompanied by the fee specified
in the regulations for the purposes of this section.
