Application of Division

72. Application of Division

This Division applies to an application by a casino operator for-

   (a)  the grant or variation of an on-premises licence in respect of
        premises within the casino area approved by the Authority; or

   (b)  the relocation of such a licence to other premises within the casino
        area approved by the Authority.
