7. What are the categories of licences and permits that may be issued under
this Act?

The following licences and permits may be issued under this Act-

   (a)  general licence;

   (b)  on-premises licence;

   (c)  club licence;

   (d)  packaged liquor licence;

   (e)  pre-retail licence;

   (f)  vigneron's licence;

   (g)  limited licence;

   (h)  BYO permit.
