Objection to grant of licence to amalgamated club

68. Objection to grant of licence to amalgamated club



(1) The Chief Commissioner may object to an application under section 67 on
any ground he or she thinks fit.

(2) A licensing inspector may object to an application under section 67 on any
ground referred to in section 41(1).

(3) An objection must-

   (a)  be made to the Director in writing within 14 days after the day on
        which a copy of the application was given to the Chief Commissioner;
        and

   (b)  state the grounds of, and the reasons for, the objection.
