Licence or permit lapses if not endorsed

66. Licence or permit lapses if not endorsed

If a licensee or permittee-

   (a)  dies; or

   (b)  becomes an insolvent under administration; or

   (c)  becomes a represented person within the meaning of the
        Guardianship and Administration Act 1986; or

   (d)  becomes an externally-administered body corporate within the meaning
        of the Corporations Act; or







   (e)  in the case of a body corporate, is wound up, or is deregistered under
        the Corporations Act-

the licence or BYO permit ceases to have force at the end of the period of 90
days after the happening of the event or such longer period as the Director in
any particular case allows, unless the licence or permit is endorsed under
Part 4. _______________
