Transfer of club licence to incorporated association

55. Transfer of club licence to incorporated association

If a copy of a certificate of incorporation of a club under the
Associations Incorporation Act 1981 is lodged with the Director, a club
licence held on behalf of the club before that incorporation is deemed to have
been transferred to the incorporated association and the Director must amend
the licence or permit accordingly.
