Form of licence or BYO permit and endorsements

51. Form of licence or BYO permit and endorsements



(1) A licence or BYO permit is to be in the form approved by the Director.

(2) If a licence or BYO permit is varied, relocated or transferred under this
Part or a nominee is approved under section 54, the Director must endorse the
licence or permit to that effect.
