Period of licence or BYO permit

50. Period of licence or BYO permit



(1) Subject to this Act, a licence or BYO permit has effect on the day on
which it is granted and continues in force until the end of the calendar year
in which it is granted.

(2) A limited licence or restricted club licence may be expressed to have
effect and continue in force in accordance with its terms.
