Director may refuse to accept objection

42. Director may refuse to accept objection

The Director may refuse to accept an objection if he or she considers that-

   (a)  in the case of an objection under section 38, the person making the
        objection is not affected by the application; or

   (b)  the objection is frivolous or vexatious; or

   (c)  the objection is not otherwise in accordance with this Act.
