Gratuitous supply of liquor

20. Gratuitous supply of liquor

A licence that authorises the licensee to supply liquor for consumption off
the licensed premises also authorises the licensee to supply liquor
gratuitously for consumption on the premises at any time at which the licensee
is authorised to supply liquor for consumption off the premises.
