Licence condition-security cameras

18B. Licence condition-security cameras



(1) If the Director imposes a condition on a licence requiring the licensed
premises to which the licence relates to be fitted with security cameras, it
is a further condition of the licence that the security cameras comply with
any standards prescribed for the purposes of this section.

(2) In relation to licensed premises the licence for which includes a
condition requiring the premises to be fitted with security cameras, the
regulations may prescribe the testing of the security cameras to ensure
compliance with any standard referred to in subsection (1) including-

   (a)  prescribing any standard, rule, guideline, specification or method
        formulated for the testing of the security cameras;

   (b)  prescribing the times at which tests must be made;

   (c)  prescribing the persons or class of persons who are to carry out the
        tests.
