Licence and permit condition-approval of directors

18. Licence and permit condition-approval of directors



(1) Subject to subsection (2), it is a condition of every licence or BYO
permit held by a body corporate that a person must not be appointed as, or
otherwise become, a director of the body corporate without the approval of the
Director.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to-

   (a)  a licence or BYO permit held by-

   (i)  a Council; or

   (ii) a university or a TAFE institute; or
