LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 18
Licence and permit condition—approval of directorsS. 18(1) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.46).
(1) Subject to subsection (2), it is a condition of every licence or BYO permit held by a body corporate that a person must not be appointed as, or otherwise become, a director of the body corporate without the approval of the Commission.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to—
(a) a licence or BYO permit held by—
(i) a Council; or

(ii) a university or a TAFE institute; or
