LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 174

At the request of any person, the Commission may—

        (a)     extend the time for making an objection under this Act in respect of any particular application; or

        (b)     accept an objection made after the time under this Act for making that objection has expired.
