Licence condition-extended hours
17. Licence condition-extended hours
(1) Subject to subsection (2), it is a condition of every licence that
authorises the supply of liquor outside ordinary trading hours that the
licensee does not cause or permit undue detriment to the amenity of the area
to arise out of or in connection with the use of the premises to which the
licence relates during or immediately after the hours outside ordinary trading
hours to which it relates.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to-
(a) a general licence that authorises the supply of liquor outside
ordinary trading hours only as set out in section 8(1)(b) or (c); or
(b) a pre-retail licence; or
(c) a vigneron's licence that authorises the supply of liquor outside
ordinary trading hours only as set out in section 13(1)(b); or
(d) a limited licence.
