16. Licence and permit condition-compliance with planning scheme



(1) Subject to subsection (2), it is a condition of every licence and BYO
permit that the use of the licensed premises does not contravene the planning
scheme that applies to the licensed premises under the
Planning and Environment Act 1987.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a pre-retail licence or a limited
licence.
