151. Resignation and removal from office
(1) The Director may resign his or her office by delivering a signed letter of
resignation to the Governor.
(2) The Governor in Council may remove the Director from office.
(3) The office of Director becomes vacant if the Director-
(a) becomes an insolvent under administration; or
(b) is convicted of an indictable offence or an offence that, if committed
in Victoria, would be an indictable offence.
