Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 - SECT 15

BYO permit

15. BYO permit



(1) A BYO permit authorises liquor to be consumed, possessed or controlled on
the premises in respect of which the permit is granted at the times determined
by the Director and specified in the permit.





(2) A BYO permit is subject to-

   (a)  a condition that the permittee does not cause or permit undue
        detriment to the amenity of the area to arise out of or in connection
        with the use of the premises to which the permit relates during or
        immediately after the periods to which the permit relates; and

   (b)  a condition that the premises are a restaurant or a club; and

   (c)  the condition set out in section 16 (compliance with planning scheme);
        and

   (d)  if the permittee is a body corporate, the condition set out in section
        18 (approval of directors); and

   (e)  any other conditions, including conditions relating to entertainment,
        determined by the Director and specified in the permit.
