Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 - SECT 14

Limited licence

14. Limited licence



(1) A limited licence authorises the licensee to supply liquor at the times
determined by the Director and specified in the licence.

(2) A limited licence is subject to-

   (a)  the condition set out in subsection (3), if applicable; and

   (b)  if the licensee is a body corporate, the condition set out in section
        18 (approval of directors); and

   (c)  any other conditions determined by the Director and specified in the
        licence.

(3) If the Director is satisfied that a limited licence is required for the
purposes of a club (other than a club that holds a club licence), the Director
must impose a condition on the licence that liquor supplied under the licence
must be purchased from the holder of a general licence or packaged liquor
licence.
