Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 - SECT 12
Pre-retail licence
12. Pre-retail licence
(1) A pre-retail licence authorises the licensee to supply liquor at any time
and on any premises-
(a) to a person who holds a licence under this Act; and
(b) to a person licensed to sell or supply liquor by or under a law of
another State or Territory if the liquor supplied is to be consumed
outside Victoria; and
(c) to a person for the purpose of exporting the liquor supplied out of
Australia.
(2) A pre-retail licence is subject to-
(a) if the licensee is a body corporate, the condition set out in section
18 (approval of directors); and
(b) any other conditions determined by the Director and specified in the
licence.
