Falsely indicating that premises are licensed

116. Falsely indicating that premises are licensed

A person must not, by means of a notice, sign or otherwise-

   (a)  indicate that premises are licensed premises or are licensed premises
        under a particular kind of licence or under a BYO permit if they are
        not such licensed premises; or

   (b)  that a person is authorised under a licence or BYO permit to supply
        liquor or permit liquor to be brought onto or consumed on premises if
        the person is not so authorised.

Penalty: 15 penalty units.
