9. Land in Tasmania

The persons (whether corporate or unincorporate) referred to in the Fourth
Schedule as the persons registered as proprietors of the several pieces of
land described in the Fourth Schedule, being land situate in the State of
Tasmania, are hereby required as trustees of the said land to take or cause to
be taken such action as is necessary to have the Church registered as
proprietor of the said pieces of land and to sign all necessary conveyances
transfers assurances or other documents for that purpose.
