Appointment of members of the Leo Cussen Institute

5. Appointment of members of the Leo Cussen Institute

The Leo Cussen Institute consists of eight members of whom-

   (a)  two shall be appointed by the University of Melbourne;

   (b)  two shall be appointed by Monash University;

   (c)  two shall be appointed by the Bar Council; and

   (d)  two shall be appointed by the Law Institute.
