Definitions

2. Definitions

In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears-

Australian lawyer has the same meaning as in the Legal Profession Act 2004;

member means a member of the Leo Cussen Institute;

Monash University means the Council of Monash University established under the
Monash University Act 1958;

University of Melbourne means the Council of the University of Melbourne as
constituted under the Melbourne University Act 1958.
