Supply of particulars as to rent of premises

78. Supply of particulars as to rent of premises

Upon application in writing describing any premises, and upon payment of a fee
of Ten cents ($0.10), the authorized officer shall give or send by post to the
person so applying a statement in writing as to whether any determination
fixing the fair rent of the premises is in force and the amount and other
particulars of such rent.
